Mission

Advancing the Understanding of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena

Our mission is built on three pillars: policy, law, and public education. Each strengthens the foundation for transparency and responsible disclosure.

Policy briefing and collaboration

Policy Leadership

We convene scientists, policymakers, and national security professionals to shape how government approaches the UAP issue. Through congressional briefings, expert forums, and detailed policy guidance, we bring lawmakers up to speed on an issue that has lacked sustained institutional attention and help ensure that legislative action is informed by the public record.
Legal research and documents

Legal Action

We use the law to compel transparency. Through FOIA requests, mandatory declassification reviews, and litigation, we force the release of improperly withheld records. We also protect those who come forward, providing confidential guidance and direct support to strengthen congressional reporting pathways and safeguard whistleblowers.
Audience at a public forum

Public Education

We make the disclosure conversation accessible to everyone. Through public forums and media initiatives, we foster informed dialogue among citizens, scientists, and policymakers. Our goal is to replace speculation with understanding and to empower the public to engage responsibly in this historic process.
