A National Preparedness Framework for the Human Consequences of Disclosure

The Disclosure Foundation recommends that the Administration establish a National Disclosure Preparedness Task Force to strengthen the nation's psychological and societal readiness for the human consequences of UAP disclosure.
By presidential directive, the United States has entered the first stage of public disclosure concerning unidentified anomalous phenomena (“UAP”), yet the nation lacks a dedicated mechanism to prepare the public for the psychological, behavioral, and societal consequences that future disclosures may carry. This policy brief recommends that the Administration direct the Department of Health and Human Services to establish a multidisciplinary National Disclosure Preparedness Task Force charged with developing a National Disclosure Preparedness Strategy that strengthens the nation's psychological preparedness while supporting public trust and societal resilience.
