Dr. Harold Puthoff and Dr. Carlos Eire Join the Advisory Board
The Disclosure Foundation today announced the appointment of Harold “Hal” Puthoff, PhD, a physicist and research leader, and Carlos Eire, PhD, a distinguished scholar of history and religion, to its Advisory Board. Their addition strengthens the Foundation’s multidisciplinary leadership at the intersection of national security, science, and public understanding.
Dr. Puthoff brings more than five decades of research and advisory experience across government, academia, and the private sector. He currently serves as President and CEO of EarthTech International and Director of the Institute for Advanced Studies at Austin. His career includes research positions at the National Security Agency, Stanford University, and SRI International, along with recognized contributions in electrodynamics, quantum vacuum physics, and advanced energy and propulsion concepts.
Dr. Eire is the T. Lawrason Riggs Professor of History and Religious Studies at Yale University and a National Book Award–winning author. A leading scholar of the early modern world, comparative religion, and the cultural history of belief, Dr. Eire brings deep expertise on how societies interpret anomalous experiences, govern uncertainty, and negotiate the boundaries between scientific and humanistic inquiry.
